Qualifications & Experience: The Applicant need to be a Graduate Engineer from a reputed college with Mechanical Engineering / Air conditioning systems specialization, and will be responsible to to take charge of
running various HVAC systems in various locations like convention center, lecture theaters, institute auditoriums and other institute utilities which are provided with aircon systems.
The incumbent will actively ensure proper running of the assigned HVAC facilities, ensure their timely maintenance and also optimize their performance to ensure lower operating costs within acceptable comfort levels.
The person will also ensure maintenance of a very wide range of room ACs fitted by the institute in various offices and laboratories through vendors who are contracted for AMC.

Job Description for the post on contract for a period of 3 years:
Relaxation of age for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates is applicable as per rules.
1. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
2. Persons employed in government and semi-government organization or Educational Institution must apply through proper channel.
3.To avoid delay an advance copy of such application, complete in all respect, may be sent super-scribing on the top of the application, “ADVANCE COPY”
4. The applications received in response to advertisement will be scrutinized and short-listed candidates only will be called for interview. Merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement will not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for interview.
5. The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised.
6. Application received after the last date/ not in prescribed format or unsigned/incomplete in any respect/any fresh paper /enclosures after closing date, shall not be considered.
7. The application may be sent sufficiently in advance avoiding postal delays.
8. Eligibility of a candidate and satisfaction of any other Shortlisting criteria shall be considered as on the last date of the receipt for application.
