Delhi National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited application for recruitment of Various Faculty posts. Jobs opportunities by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi for different categories of faculties.

Total number of vacant jobs-152 under different Posts.
Categories of seats vacant for the post:
Professor – 20 vacant posts
Associate Professor – 39
Assistant Professor – 81
Librarian – 01
Nursery School Teacher – 02
Headmaster (on deputation) – 01
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – 9
Age Limit:
For Nursery Teacher:40 Years
For Head Master:35 to 50 Years
For PGT: Less than 40 Years
Qualification & Eligibility for different posts:
For Professor: He should have a degree of Ph.D in relevant discipline along with 10 years experience in teaching & research and 2 years experience in field work.
For Associate Professor: He should have degree of Ph.D. in relevant discipline along with 8 years experience in teaching & research and 2 years experience in field work.
Assistant professor: He must have Degree in G in relevant discipline and he must have cleared the NET Exam and experience of 2 years in field work.
Nursery Teacher: He must have passed senior secondary along with diploma in nursery teacher education program.
Head Master: He must have a masters degree along with BE.d or equivalent degree.
PGT: He must be a post graduate in relevant discipline along with knowledge of computer.
Fees for Application:
Rs.500/- for general and 250 for OBC/ SC/ ST/ PH/ Women and the candidates working with NCERT which must be drawn through DD in favor of Secretary, NCERT payable at state bank of India, New Delhi-110016.

For Professor Post:Rs.37,400/-to Rs.67000/- with AGP-Rs.10,000/-
For Associate Professor:Rs.37,400/-to Rs.67000/- with AGP-Rs.9,000/-
Assistant professor:Rs.15,600/-to Rs.39,100/- with AGP-Rs.6,000/-
Nursery Teacher:Rs.9,300/-to Rs.34,800/- with AGP-Rs.4,200/-
Head Master:Rs.15,600/-to Rs.39,100/- with AGP-Rs.7,600/(PB-111)
PGT:Rs.9,300/-to Rs.34,800/- with AGP-Rs.4,800/-
Selection Process:
Candidates after getting short listed will be called up for the interview and then will be selected on the basis of interview which will be conducted by the council.
